笔者认为，中等农业职业教育要在新形势下取得良好的发展，必须要认清形势，转变观念，明确中等农业职业教育的办学指导思想与办学方向；加强与其他各类教育的沟通与衔接，努力构建起普、职、成三教统筹，初、中、高三级职教相互衔接，并与更高阶段教育相互沟通的职业教育新体系；明确符合现代农业发展的培养目标，及时调整与优化专业设置，从总体保证培养人才的适销对路；培养一支可以适应短、中、长期教学需要的、高素质的、专兼结合的“双师型”师资队伍，从而保证教育目标的实现；加强校内外实训基地的建设，培养和提高学生的实践能力；加强学生的就业指导工作，帮助学生顺利就业；加强面向区域经济、农业现代化、农业产业化的服务，拓展农业职业教育的社会功能。 |
